This Lucca apartment was comfortable and spacious. It was clean and located close to everything. The walk from the train station was about 15 minutes, much of it along the scenic wall. My only negative comment would be the lack of basic starter provisions. We had to go out immediately after checking in to buy toilet paper, paper towels, & dish soap. To have no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms was unexpected. There were also no hand towels for the kitchen or half bath. These are small things but could be very inconvenient particularly if arriving late. Guests should be aware the steps up to the apartment are steep. There is also construction going on across the street. It didn't particularly bother us if the windows were closed. There are many old buildings in town being renovated. All in all it was a great location and a good value.

Our stay has been lovely, we had an issue with the WiFi and got fixed in a matter of hours. service 10 out of 10, perfect location and amenities all around. Would go back.
