We needed a comfortable place for our group of 10 with easy access to main highways. It met all of our criteria and was exactly as described. Tons of space. Kitchen was really well equipped.. Highly recommend Cody if you’re coming anywhere near the area and his place even comes even close to what you need.

This house was perfect. It comfortably fit the 10 of us. The location is perfect, it feels so secluded but it’s only a couple minutes away from a major highway. The huge driveway was great for parking all our cars and playing some football. The house itself was great, we all loved the basement and how spacious it was. The pool table was used a lot and the massive couch was amazing. Each of us had a spot on it and each individually reclined. The kitchen was perfect size for everyone to use and had all the supplies we needed. The dinning room table had plenty of seats for all of us to sit at plus more. The living room which wasn’t used that much was nice and cozy the times we did use it. We mostly spent our days in the basement. The bedrooms were big and the beds were super conformable. On top of all that, he responded to any questions quickly

To say this house was amazing is an understatement! Clear instructions on how to enter the house. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was functional and clean. Its a perfect house for a big family. Beds we soo soft and comfy, we didnt want to get out of bed in the morning LOL! It feels like home away from home. The house is completely isolated, so no neighbors close by to disturb you. & Not to mention the delicious treats Cody left for my family. Such a cute gesture! You can tell Cody actually cares about his guests and maintains the house pretty well. I have no negative comments to say, this house was absolutely gorgeous and spacious for my veryyy big family. Spending Christmas in this house was by far the best decision we made this year. I 10000000% recommend this house, you will not regret it! THANK YOU CODY!

Wonderful space for a large family with kiddos needing to be entertained/ have a place to play! We really loved the large, open kitchen/dining area and the set off living room space for multiple activities and conversations to be happening at once. Super comfortable bedding, private feeling bedrooms...everything we needed! Also enjoyed the yard, GREAT STAY at a very reasonable price:)
