‘Little Blue by the bay’ is a tiny home located across the street from the bay, in the scenic Ford River area. Little Blue is perfectly designed for two people who are looking for a relaxing getaway. Beverages included! Items included, but not limited to; Coffee, Soft drinks, Water, Tea. Fun Stuff: -River access/Boat launch just minutes away (requires a recreation passport for the state of Michigan to use) Locals like to fish there! -Free public beach 7 minutes away at Ludington Park in Escanaba. -Upper Hand Brewery (5 minutes away.) -Just minutes from great dining, shops, and waterfront! The Space: The living room and kitchen are one space and there is (1) bathroom with walk in shower. There is a bedroom with a Queen size Murphy bed. The home has been newly renovated. *Loft is unavailable for guest use at this time. Amenities: You’ll have access to a full kitchen with additional amenities including beverages and a coffee and tea bar. There is a traditional coffee maker, Keurig, French press, coffee grinder, matcha whisk and bowl, electric whisk, blender, and all standard utensils and cookware. There are spices and herbs as well as coconut oil for cooking. We have phone chargers for use during your stay. Seasonally there will be outdoor furniture and propane bbq for use. Fire pit is available (upon checking burn status with host.) Wifi + Roku Tv. There is no A.C. — temps in the home are generally mild all Summer due to the lake nearby. Fan available for use. De-humidifier available upon request, message host. Air purifier available in home for use. Bathroom includes soap, shampoo, razors, hairdryer, toothpaste, lotion and other bathroom necessities. Water: The home runs on well water. We have a water filtration system so the water is not too hard and is drinkable. There will be bottled water available in fridge for your use. Guest Access: The entire home is for your personal use as listed, with the exception of loft/attic. Please do not access the crawl space or outside dwellings. Security Cameras: Located on the perimeter outside only and none facing towards the windows of the home, only: driveway, camper, backyard, and fuse box.
