On Stockton Beach you can take part in one of the adventurous activities such as sand surfing, camel, or horse rides, 4-wheel driving on the beach or quad biking. Port Stephens Surf School also operates out of Birubi Beach Surf club. Birubi Beach is a lovely location to wander along the beach, go fishing off the rocks, or spot whales out at sea during the migration season. Don’t forget to pack your snorkelling gear! Seabreeze is within minutes of some of the best snorkelling locations in NSW directly off the beach. If you feel like great coffee, a nice meal or light snack then Crest at Birubi Beach offers fantastic meals for breakfast or lunch with stunning views over the beach and dunes. It is a fantastic spot for a late afternoon sundowner watching the unique sunset over the Stockton dunes. The local Spar supermarket and other amenities, including the Anna Bay Tavern is a 15 min walk or 3-minute drive from Seabreeze. The Salamander shopping centre is an easy 12-minute drive and downtown Nelson Bay is just 14 minutes away. Seabreeze is tiled throughout which is great for people with allergies, it features three bedrooms all with build in robes and two bedrooms have ceiling fans for guest comfort. At night you can feel the sea breeze and hear the ocean! The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and the property provides an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer. The living area is open plan and has stylish, comfortable furniture. There is a Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, Bluetooth enabled soundbar, and a split system air conditioner. The fully equipped kitchen has an under-bench oven, gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee Pod machine with milk frother and family size fridge/freezer. The property is fully fenced and is a great place for children to play on the synthetic grass or in the sand pit. There is also a fire pit for those nice winter/ spring nights, the convenience of a hot and cold outdoor shower for when you come home from the beach, a Jumbuck BBQ and undercover lounge area to sit back and enjoy the peace around you. As soon as you have been to Seabreeze you’ll be wanting to come back as this house is like home away from home! This is a great place to stay. Beautiful house that is ideal for a family with kids. The outdoor area at the back gave the kids plenty of room to run around
The property was nice, the location was nice. The only I would change is having the keys on site for collection and drop off (safety lock box) as travelling in the wrong direction was a bit of a hassle with limited transport
Very nice stay and close to the beach which was great. I do wish they didn’t charge extra for linen and towels though because it just created more of a hassle. I was also pretty disappointed that they weren’t able to provide us with dish soap and basic essentials like oil and things because again it just meant we had to go out and buy those things whereas when I’ve stayed at other places they’ve always provided. Nevertheless the place was very clean and peaceful and we were very comfortable.

McGrath Port Stephens is located prominently in the heart of Nelson Bay and open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. Guests collect keys for the property they are staying at from our front reception, if collection is after hours we have a collection box at our office which the guest will receive access details and codes.
