A cobertura da Fernanda é exatamente como mostram as fotos, espaçosa, confortável, fica numa rua tranquila, arborizada, os funcionários do prédio extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. Tem todos os itens de cozinha que vc pode precisar (sugeriria a ela apenas colocar uma máquina de café Nespresso, pois combinaria com a elegância do seu espaço, bem como umas taças de champagne que senti falta). As camas são super confortáveis, banheiros com duchas ótimas, ar condicionado em todo o apartamento, decoração de bom gosto e de qualidade. Internet de excelente qualidade para quem precisa trabalhar. A Fernanda foi sempre muito atenciosa e nossa comunicação cordial e amigável. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente em seu apartamento.
We had a wonderful stay. Great apartment, and great area. The outdoor area is spectacular, and an amazing place to start the day with a cup of coffee. Everything looks like in the pictures. Would gladly come back.
The place is comfortable and nice, just a few blocks from the meme beach and Copacabana beach The kit hen is well equipped we enjoy cooking there !!
We had an amazing stay at Fernanda's place. The location was very convenient to everything, while nestled in a quieter part of Zona Sul. She was friendly, responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. The building was very secure with 24 hour security, who were very friendly and helpful. The penthouse apartment was very clean and everything seemed recently renovated. The décor was a mix of modern with a hint of traditional Brazilian. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools a professional chef would need to cook a feast for 10! The bedrooms had lots of closet and cabinet space and each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with the master having a nice soaking tub. Water pressure was great and there wasn't any wait for hot water in the showers. The 2nd kitchen with BBQ, outdoor terrace with the private pool were a joy. We normally stay at hotels, but the amenities we missed like room service was easily replaced by Uber Eats, etc. Extra housekeeping also avail at additional cost.

Leme beach is a place to find families and locals from different parts of the city that come here to enjoy themselves. The stretch of sand is ideal for walks and practicing sports, as well as the beach promanade. The sea is usually calm with small waves.
One of Leme highlights is the gastronomy, with numerous highly-rated restaurants, bars, and kiosks.
Despite offering a parking space in the building, you can easily walk to a variety of places like supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, and beauty salons nearby.
