Upstairs has the 2 bedrooms and full bathroom with shower and tub. 4th person will sleep on sofa futon that folds down. Sleeps someone 6 feet tall and under. Thick blue blanket & light brown blanket in grey ottoman on main floor - just open lid of grey ottoman. Extra pillows upstairs large room closet. Please leave unused pillows in closet. There are cooking utensils , pots and pans as well as cutting board and knives. No coffee grind but there's Tim Hortons coffee shop on 49th Avenue & Main Street and local grocery markets to purchase coffee. Your guest house where you’ll be staying is about 1 minute away walk to Main Street bus, 4 minute walk to 49th Avenue bus that can take you to UBC or to 49th Avenue Canada Line Station to downtown or to YVR Vancouver airport.
