Great host. The reply was very timely. The place was very good and has balcony facing the pool area - very nice view in the evening.

pros: near a lot of restaurants, walking distance to MOA, near picc and airport, clean and neat place, cable tv, well air conditioned place, and kind and responsive host. cons: clogged drain in the bathroom (!!!), not thoroughly washed utensils and other materials in the kitchen sink
