This quiet and perfectly located apartment is exceptionally presented in every way including cleanliness, furnishings, and layout. The kitchen is very well equipped for meal preparation with great quality cookware, dinnerware, utensils and high end appliances. It is a stunning kitchen to work in while looking out at the view. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are excellent in quality. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to return there someday.
We had a great stay - the apartment was just as advertised and was fantastic. Location is a very short walk to the beach and shops. The apartment was very clean and had everything for a perfect stay - would highly recommend this apartment.
Everything was amazing at the property, comfy beds, great kitchen, perfect for us as we love to cook. Great location and it would have been more private and secure if it was not being painted at the time Would love to stay again and would recommend !
Beautiful apartment, just as advertised. Light, airy and spacious. Very well equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Very close to Cafe's, restaurants and beach. We stayed in July so unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to make use the extensive balcony and outdoor seating. Would definitely recommend, especially if wanting to stay in a peaceful place. We would stay again.

Sunshine Beach enjoys a vibrant village lifestyle, relaxed yet it is an effervescent social hub with an array of excellent restaurants, bars and cafes. The local surf club is the perfect spot to catch a game or watch the whales pass, and there is live music on Sundays. Just about everything is catered for in Sunshine Beach with hairdressers, convenience store, bakery, bottle shops and more.
The Noosa Region offers charming hinterland townships, coastal strips with pristine beaches and waterways, stunning rainforests, natural bushlands and wildlife reserves. Sunshine Beach is centrally located, is only a 5 minute drive from Noosa Heads Hastings Street, 3 minutes from the shopping precinct of Noosa Junction and just 20-25 minutes from both the famous Eumundi Markets and the Sunshine Coast Airport.
Most visitors to Sunshine Beach enjoy the fact that the car can be left in the garage. The shops and restaurants, and the patrolled beach are all a pleasant walk away from the house, with a short cut through the park.
If you did wish to do a spot of shopping in the glamorous Hastings Street or enjoy the fine dining, that's a 5 minute drive away. But we think you'll prefer the less touristy and much more laid back enclave of Sunshine Beach.

Renovated open plan living areas and a modern kitchen fill most of the top floor and flow seemlessy to the deck via a bank of glass sliding doors. Enjoy alfresco dining on the deck that overlooks the pool and gardens of the courtyard below. The master bedroom suite, with a newly renovated ensuite and two way powder room sits behind the kitchen and dining area and completes the top floor.
The lower levels offers two bedrooms each with access out to the courtyard areas. There is a fully equipped laundry and a full sized bathroom on this level that includes a corner spa bath.
You'll love the proximity to the beach and the cafes and restaurants, all within a couple of minutes walk away. This is a fabulous home from which to enjoy your beachside escape.
