*** attenzione: vi verranno richiesti 50 euro in più per le pulizie*** C’è scritto, nella descrizione della casa, basta scorrere fino in fondo e poi lo trovate lì tra parentesi quadre. È una cifra ragionevole se si passano almeno 4 giorni nella casa. Per noi che abbiamo fatto 2 notti a 70 euro per notte (in bassa stagione), 50 euro era praticamente il prezzo di una notte in più. Lo trovo ingiusto visto che Airbnb ti fa mettere la voce “pulizie” mentre qui decidono deliberatamente di non inserirlo e metterlo nella descrizione. Comunque l’appartamento è carino. Piccolo (solo per due persone) ma pulito. Si trova tra tante villette quindi molto rumoroso per via delle tante persone. In cucina le padelle e pentole sono vecchie e andrebbero rinnovate. Qualità/prezzo: se fossero 70 euro in tutto ci potrebbe stare considerato che Villasimius è molto cara ma non ci starei per molto. Ci sono moltissimi posti stupendi in Sardegna con prezzi più onesti (in generale, non solo per le case).

The apartment was nice and reasonable value - a decent budget option - but certainly a little basic. The kitchen was missing essential items for cooking, such as chopping board, and we had to ask for cleaning products so we could wash the dishes. The stove also ran out of gas. The barrel was quickly replaced, but we then could smell gas through the rest of the stay so had to keep the barrel switched off. The advert did mention that there is no aircon in the bedroom or WiFi in the apartment, which we were aware of going in - but was not ideal. The flat is close to a supermarket, but about 20 mins from bars and restaurants.

Flats are very close together. From the balcony u can easily see what your neughbours are eaiting. It' crammed & noisy. Kids, music babecue everything is noisy, u can't drive in front of the house u need to walk around it with the lagguage. We didn't use the balcony at the end. The aircon doesn't really cool the flat down. U can't open the fridge door without opening the rest of the cupbord. Needs to be fixed. Dishes were washed but smudged. The water heater in the bathroom is quite noisy as well. The host contacted us 40 minutes before check in and was unpleasant. He just asks u for a good rating. U have to pay the cleaning on top of the rate. At the end to expensive for what u get. & u are asked to take your trash down to the supermarket center. U also don't get far with your 50 € for the cleaning.

El apartamento está bien equipado, de fácil acceso, en un lugar tranquilo a pocos minutos de las playas, del centro y con supermercados muy cerca. Está bien para pasar unos dias. El mayor problema es que la habitación es calurosa, aunque cuenta con ventilador. El aire acondicionado del comedor-cocina no tiene suficiente potencia para enfriar la habitación.

Ottimo appartamento vicino al centro di Villasimius e a tutti i vari supermercati della zona. Riccardo host molto gentile.
