Old fashioned comfort and charm! Our 75-year old farmhouse has been lovingly restored and offers an enchanting getaway for a vintage experience, complete with stunning antique furniture and decor. Modern workstations, wifi, heat/AC, HDTV, Roku, and more. Located just 12 minutes from UO and downtown, next to a quiet park with bark walking trail and playground. No cleaning fees. All bedding is laundered between each guest. By booking this property, you are agreeing to the rules in description. This is a historical house to the city of Eugene, as it was part of the original Petersen family farm, which was repurposed into Petersen Park, which is a short walk around the corner. The park is perfect for picnics, walks, and enjoying the outdoors. Our family purchased the farmhouse in 2021, and live on an adjacent property nearby. We have taken care to fix up the farmhouse to be comfortable and relaxing, and we hope that you enjoy your stay. Downstairs, the master bedroom is spacious and romantic, and the smaller bedroom is cozy and charming. The upstairs loft has a daybed with pullout trundle bed, and a loveseat that easily converts into a twin. There is also a rollaway cot in the living room closet. Double-thick light and sound blocking curtains are in each of the downstairs bedrooms. Safety gates have been installed at the top and bottom of the stairs. We don’t charge a cleaning fee because we do all the cleaning ourselves, ensuring a meticulous and sanitary environment. All bedding, including blankets and bedspreads, is laundered between guests. All pillows are sanitized in the hot dryer. By booking your stay with us, you are agreeing to the farmhouse rules: 1. No parties or hosted events on property without prior permission 2. No smoking/vaping of any kind allowed in the house or on porches. There is a covered patio table in the backyard with a coffee can for smokers. 3. No open flames, fireworks, candles, incense, or campfires inside or outside of property. 4. No illegal drugs or other substances allowed 5. No pets except registered service dogs 6. Additional overnight guests beyond the original request must be pre-approved 7. Please do not eat or drink in or on the beds 8. Please respect the neighborhood and noise curfew of 10:00 pm 9. Please take care with house and furnishings 10. Damaged and/or missing items may incur charges
