Location, location, location! Matthew and Kourtney were great hosts and their property is just as pictured. Any minor issues we had they were genuinely concerned and responsive. We understand that travel will never be ‘just like home’ and we come prepared for that but it was great to have an owner who checks in and wants to know how things are going. The closing deck is so nice for early mornings and late evenings - you can see the ocean! The short walk to the beach and the Shipwreck restaurant was easy to manage. We had a great week and would consider this place again in the future.

We had a very relaxing family vacation. The house was exactly as advertised. The host was quick to respond with any questions and very kind.

I visited with a group of ladies and the house was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable and the walk to the beach was easy and quick. We enjoyed lovely sunsets on the beach each night and eat delicious seafood at the local restaurants! We will be back again! Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us.

This was our first time in Port St Joe. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and all of the furniture was so comfortable! The only negative was our trip was too short! Next time we will stay longer!
