Open the draperies for light, or shut them for privacy, though the house sits on a Court. It's a little slice of peace and quiet. Kick back and watch movies smart TV. Netflix, and you're welcome to enjoy our subscriptions. With 400Mb Wi-Fi, you can pretty much stream anything from anywhere in the house. Hungry? Serve something up in our fully-appointed kitchen. The gas stove really makes it easy, and the fridge can hold most anything you can cook or order. We've usually got stuff in the pantry. Maybe you're more the outdoors type? Slide the back door open and step out onto the patio under the pergola. Don't forget to flip the switch for the ceiling fan! There's plenty of seating, a picnic table with benches, and a nice-sized gas grill for you to use. The back yard is fenced, but it backs up to one of Charlotte's many greenways. With LED sconces on the walls, you can enjoy your evenings without worrying about attracting bugs! Once you're done for the day, head to one of three bedrooms. One have queen sized bed, one have two twin bed. Plenty of closet space if you need it, and a place to sit in every room. And the master? With a cushy king sized bed it’s got a TV just like the living room, . Nice place to relax! The hallway bath was recently re-tiled and has a tub if you like to soak, as well as a shower. The master has a full-tile shower. There's a laundry room with a washer and dryer if you'd like to spruce up your garments. There's also an iron and an ironing board. The driveway is long, and provides plenty of off street parking, and the outdoor lights give you plenty to see by at night. The front and on the side are in sensors, so they come on automatically when it gets dark for your convenience. Access is through the front door, so step inside and relax!
