The location, in the middle of Notting Hill, was perfect. In a beautiful residential area and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks, etc. The apartment was recently renovated and very clean. Two downsides including the lack of sound insulation and lack of equipment. From the large bedroom facing the street, we could hear every noise (cars, scooters, people speaking) and were awaken multiple times during the night. If you are a light sleeper, you would need to consider earplugs. We also found that some basic equipment was missing including a coffee machine and some drawers and cupboards to store our clothes in the main bedroom. We also had an issue with a kitchen sink which was completely blocked. We signalled the issue to Will but never got a response. Thankfully, we did not use the kitchen much but the blockage and lack of response was a bit of a concern. So overall, a great location and nice apartment but a few things could be improved to make it a truly amazing place.

Great location! We loved our stay at Will's place. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The elevator was also a plus to move our suitcases in/out. The neighborhood was perfect for our family.

We had a wonderful stay at Will’s place. Location was perfect in the heart of Notting Hill, and blocks away from public transportation. Will and his team were very helpful and communicative. We would definitely stay here again!
