Wythburn Cottage is set in a beautiful location and is stunning inside and out. The facilities and quality of furnishings were immaculate and second to none. Quiet and peaceful, the cottage is located in lovely countryside and an easy 20 minute drive to Keswick and the fells of the Lake District. Christine was a great host, immediately following up on our reservation and keeping in touch as we approached our arrival and departure dates as well as offering suggestions on where we might want to visit. Our entire group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed staying at Wythburn Cottage.

We thought that Wythburn Cottage was delightful. It is a beautiful building and the living spaces are warm and attractive. The high ceilinged kitchen diner is stunning and the living room cosy. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and it's great to all have en suite facilities. The house is well equipped with plenty of kitchen appliances and fridge space. We do like to cook for ourselves and there were ample pans etc. Christine responded very quickly when we were in one afternoon and got a bit chilly, and remotely increased the heating temperature for us, which was great. All in all a very satisfactory stay, thank you.

This cottage is wonderful. Every tiny detail was spot on. Christine has clearly thought everything through. Everything works and the place was beautifully presented, from the ex food basket to toiletries to furnishings. All information was very helpful and communications were most helpful. And the weather was much better than forecast! We would love to return some time.

Absolutely everything was perfect from the communication to Wythburn Cottage itself. Every little detail had been thought about from the extremely well-equipped kitchen and the welcome hamper (worth the stay for the delicious Rowley Estates raspberry jam alone!) through to the dog towel for muddy paws. Communication with Christine was excellent but we didn't need to ask for help with anything because quite literally every eventuality had been thought about in advance. Fabulous!
