We loved staying in this beautiful clean home! We felt right "at home" and made our vacation all the more enjoyable. We especially loved parking our car in the garage and had that entrance to the house. We also enjoyed being able to use the BBQ and loved seeing the wild bunnies that visited the back yard in the morning and evenings! The only thing we would have loved better was to have the lawn mowed, other than that we will probably come back in the future! Thank you for your quick responses and care taken.

We loved the house. Everything was exactly as described and looked like the pictures she provided. The house was very clean. We loved our stay.

This home was as stated. Parked in the garage (huge plus). Walked into an extremely clean home which was comfortable, uncluttered and met our needs. There were several light bulbs out in the primary bathroom over the vanity. We contacted Luna and by the next day, Christmas Day, light bulbs were delivered! Service Win! The lower rating deals with a smell of pet urine in certain areas of the home. Likewise a smell of cigarette smoke was present in the walk in closet, the only carpeted area. Luna was contacted, her replies immediate. She indicated was not aware of odors and apologized. We could clearly tell the home was well cleaned. I don't believe this is due to poor cleaning technique but possibly previous occupants behavior. Luna contacted us after our stay to say areas had been remediated, likely to be true based on service we witnessed.
