Good overall place and value. We really enjoyed spending a few nights here. The pool and hot tub were great to have as a respite from the beach (even if the hot tub was broken). Additionally, it was very close to a lot of restaurants/bars/amenities which made for a great central location, especially given that the beach was a 3 minute walk away.

We had an amazing stay. nice walk to the beach and walkable to the downtown shops and restaurants. Pool was an amazing thing to have, especially with 2 kids. We would love to stay here again. Very clean.

Very expensive for what it was. Beware that to heat the hot tub, you’ll be charged an additional $60 per day, and that just gets it to the temperature of bath water. If you’re looking to soak once the sun goes down, look elsewhere. Beds were so uncomfortable our entire house got little sleep for the week we were there, including our little one. My back pain was so bad I had to take a 3am bath and walk to the gas station at 6am for ibuprofen. A sleepless night isn’t what you want on vacation, and neither is a mattress that is concave. I will say location was good, and they provided more than adequate beach chairs and beach toys.
