Nice place for a ladies weekend except only one of 3 showers had hot water. House smelled a little musty - perhaps it had been closed up. It would have been nice to have a TV in the main sitting area - only in two of 3 bedrooms.

My daughters and I rented this home on Tybee Island for a girls weekend. We found the home to be very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The screened in porch off the back was a favorite amenity for mornings and evenings where we could hear the soothing sounds of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable. Guests should know that on the main floor where the bedrooms are, there is only one full bath and a half bath. The additional two showers are downstairs off of the ground level, which are more convenient for showering after the beach. This was not an issue for us. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, although it would have been nice to have some starter basic food staples, such as ground coffee, sugar, and cooking oil . This home is unique for the area in that it has a large grassy front and back yard, making it very private and pleasant for sitting outside. It is especially suitable for a family. We found this home to be quite charming. We highly recommend!!
