There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. When you walk in the front door, there is a queen bedroom to the right, and a bedroom with 2 full beds to the left. A full bathroom serves both bedrooms here on the first floor. All bedrooms and bathrooms are supplied with linens, towels, bath towels, pool towels, hair dryers, toilet paper, and soaps. The first floor also has a large great room in the back facing the pool, a screened in porch overlooking the side yard, a full laundry room, and outdoor showers. Upstairs, there is a small bunk room with 2 twin beds, a king bedroom with its own screened in porch, a queen bedroom, and 2 full bathrooms. Rent a golf cart for your stay for ~$79 per day (rentable days are 10 am to 10 am). Inquire after booking for availability of the cart. The pool is not heated, although it is open year-round. Please keep all pool area furniture in locations where it was found upon check-in, or move it back upon check-out. All TVs in the house are smart TVs.
