Good house in a nice location. Everything was as listed and plenty of room for all of us. Property manager was very friendly and promptly answered my only minor request. Would recommend this to any big group to use.

This is a great house in need of some additional seating, cleaning, and repairs. There are multiple door handles which are inoperable, hard to work, or missing. There are multiple outlets, switches without cover plates, a safety hazard even without a toddler in the house. A number of windows are painted shut, and there are a number of windows with broken seals. There is not enough seating in the living areas for the number of bedrooms. The kitchen had plenty of place settings, and was well enough stocked to cook meals. The deck was filthy. Spill stains, dirty furniture. It has the potential to be a really lovely space. Outdoor cabana area just as dirty. Toys, leaves, dirt, garbage in around sink, refrigerator, sink. Would not think to spend time in it. Our headboard in our bedroom was not attached to bed and banged against wall with every movement. The sheets are poor quality, pilled. The sink in our bathroom had very little water pressure. Needs work, some love.

I will definitely consider this location to anyone who is looking for the perfect beach getaway. The location is great, and its a straightshot to get to several restaurants in Savanna.
