Welcome to our Enchanting Forestwood Retreat! This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home can comfortably sleep twelve guests. Conveniently located just outside downtown, but still provides easy access to everything Mobile has to offer! Just minutes from groceries, dining options, and the University of South Alabama. Whether traveling with family or friends, this is the perfect “home-away-from-home.” Pet friendly with a fee. We would love to host you! Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will find yourself in the cozy living room furnished with a queen sofa bed and a large SmartTV. To the left of the living room, you will find additional space to spread out and relax. This room has two comfortable armchairs. Through the sitting room are the dining room with a large farm table and fully-equipped kitchen. The galley-style kitchen maximizes efficiency; get any meal whipped up in no time! The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located in the hall and accessed from the kitchen or the living room. Bedroom one features two full-size beds. Bedroom two has a king bed. Bedroom three is the master. Here you will find two full-size beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second full bathroom also has a shower/tub combination. The washer and dryer located in the garage are available for use. Don't forget the fully-fenced backyard with patio furniture and a grill!
