Older home. Fairly clean. Handle on toilet in master bedroom barely hanging on; this caused the toilet to run intermittently all night. No towel racks in any of the bathrooms. The back door was hard to lock. The door has to be closed extremely hard to lock. When we entered the home the back door was open. After driving to get to Mobile and unable to check in an hour early (no response) I had to rush in and leave immediately for an appointment. While away, I was emailed and asked to take the garbage to the curb. I do NOT take out other people trash. Especially when there are flies, foul smell, and other insects in it! This should have been done prior to arrival. When away from home, it is the small things that make your stay enjoyable; those small amenities were missing here. Because of the overall feel of the house I chose not to use any plates, etc. but purchased disposable plates and cutlery. Would not stay there again.

This house was great for our stay with so much room for my whole team inside and outside lounging areas. If this home is ever vacant and I'm in town this is the spot for us.
