5 stars aren't nearly enough for Richards place. It far exceeded all expectation. The condo is beautifully remodeled and so comfortable! There was not one negative about our stay. First class all the way!

The condo was everything that was advertised. Very comfortable. Amazing views. Secure parking and access.
This is a beautiful condo, pristine with amazing views of the ocean. Seems to have just been renovated and all leather furniture is brand new and very comfortable. The leather coach reclines on two seats and there are two leather recliners. Can’t imagine a better place! Host was extremely responsive and it was easy to get into the property with the lock box. There are some good restaurants within walking distance. Garage parking was easy. Can’t say enough good things! This place is amazing!
