Gigi’s place was beautiful. The location is central to everything and the complex is very secure. There are a few things worth mentioning. There was exactly 4 towels, and 4 beach towels. With 4 adults (2 females) needing more than one towel for hair and body it wouldn’t hurt to have a couple extra ones. No rugs on the bathrooms which made us use one of the towels as a rug since the shower curtain wasn’t long enough and water splashed everywhere. Also the water heater was on and off in the middle of taking a shower. My husband found a bypass for it, open the sink faucet on hot water while showering and the water heater will have enough water volume to stay on and produce constant water temperature. Shower curtain could use replace since it has mold on the bottom. We encountered a few bugs between the living room and bedroom but nothing out of the ordinary for hot humid Puerto Rico. On the bright side beds were very comfy. I will definitely stay here again. Updated apt with potential.

Great location and beautiful views! No car rental needed as everything was close by and ubers were super cheap!! Host was super responsive. House was clean and everything was easy to access. Everything was as pictured. Easy access to beach and pool.

We had a great stay. The condo is right on the beach and around a lot of restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend.

Location is great place to be. Access to pool and beach is literally steps away. We will return now that we know how to get there etc. Getting on and off of 26 to Isla Verde Avenida to the condo is easy, once you do it. Initially getting into parking lot to check in can be difficult. Wondering where to go? The drive way entrance is just right of the Carolina beach entrance walkway across from Pizza City, just after the large speed bump/pedestrian crosswalk. If you are a coffee person, bring/buy coffee to brew in the morning. There is not a decent coffee cafe in the vicinity of the condo. Please try Kumo Rooftop for dinner and request a sunset view. You won’t be disappointed. It was excellent. We had a great stay here at GiGi’s. Loved the beach and pool access. So easy. Plus easy to drive to Old San Juan and other locations with a little planning. Have fun!
