Breathtaking view of the water and beach directly in from of you and visible from the living room, balcony, and both bedrooms. The condo has many features ideal for families including access to a pool, picnic area, outdoor gym area, basketball court, and direct access to the Isla Verde beach just steps away. We were very grateful to have the beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels provided. We could easily walk to restaurants and Walgreens is across the street. Six minutes from the airport and so easy to get around to other neighborhoods.
The view alone is 10 stars. The condo was clean and had the comforts of my own home. Had things I would not even think I would need like beach chairs and a cooler! Beatrice was amazing always quick to respond just a lovely person.
The condo was very nice. The location with regard to the beach was wonderful. The 12th floor gave us a great view, as did the wonderful balcony. However, having an air conditioner on the balcony, made it impossible for you to enjoy the balcony without having hot air blowing on you continuously. if you turned off the air-conditioning to the balcony, then the unit got hot. I think they need to come up with some sort of resolution to that. I can come up with two or three but I’m and I’m sure that you can as well. It is definitely something that should be addressed immediately. As it makes it uncomfortable to either enjoy the outside or the inside. The unit was very spacious and clean.
Amazing beach , amazing view .
Place is beautiful just like description. It was clean and stocked with the necessities. Everything worked as she described. The location is great and amazing perfect view of the ocean and beach. The beach is amazing! There is so much to do in walking distance ie...great restaurants, jet skiing, casino, bars and more. Its a great place and well taken care of and everything thing is as described. There is nothing bad to say about the apartment but it is on the pricey side. Overall a great stay and great place!!!
