A sensational stay! The building was super-secure with helpful staff. Beatrice's unit was everything described and more! Central AC with window AC units as well - and the sound machines in each bedroom fully drowned out any noise on the very lively street below! We had one small issue with hot water that Beatrice responded to immediately and we were able to fix it on the spot - and it was great for the rest of our visit. Kitchen was adequately supplied, the living/dining areas spacious. Each bedroom was roomy and beds were comfortable. Beatrice was a terrific host, supplying restaurant recommendations and other tips for our visit. We can't wait to book with her again!!

this place is amazing. really no car needed. the host answered all questions and responded quickly to any concerns I had. the food in the area was amazing and there was a lot to do in the area. the rules to the place was very easy to follow and the security team was friendly. I highly recommend this place.

This place had amazing views and was in a perfect location. Easy to get to restaurants, grocery store, airport, and Old San Juan. It was very clean and the communication was top notch and they immediately responded to any questions we had. A lot of people have commented that it’s in a noisy location and that’s true…it’s louder on Fri & Sat but each room has a sound machine to drown out the noise which made a huge difference. All in all with the amenities, location, views, and communication we were extremely happy and would highly recommend staying here. This review is from 3 couples in their upper 40s/early 50s 😁

We loved our stay in this lovely beach condo. The beautiful view was incredible and the beach one of the nicest I have ever been to. The home was comfortable, attractive, and well appointed. It had everything we needed including beach amenities. The host was very responsive to our requests while staying there. I highly recommend a stay here.
