Amazing house and such a great location. Close to restaurants, la placita, and short drive to beach. The place slept my group of 8 comfortably. The pool was amazing. The biggest inconvenience was the house is located in a gated community and the host has to buzz you in for access. There were multiple times in my 4 day stay that my group was stuck at the gate, especially in the late night hours with no reply from the host. On the last day there, the water pressure was low and the toilet in the master room stopped flushing, I never got a reply back from the host. Overall had an amazing trip and the house was excellent for my large group but if you want to go out and get home late , choose another location .

Very satisfied with the stay. Some of the faucets/shower handles in the bathroom could use some updating but they got the job done. The only issue we ran into was some difficulty getting into the community gate while driving, would have been nice to have more than 1 set of keys as well especially if this place can accommodate 13 guests. Host was super responsive and friendly and would stay again.
