I received check-in instructions that included contradicting information on procedure. We were unable to enter using the appropriate code, and there were no instructions given on how to find a physical office to correct the situation. Instead, the instructions included 6 or 7 different phone numbers for who to call - none of which actually worked. Two were completely disconnected phone lines, two led me to people who had no clue what I was talking about and were not affiliated with RedAwning, and the others were dead ends. Finally, one of the people in our party talked to a neighbor who knew the right number of the local person managing the rental properties, and he gave us the right code to enter. Notably, the code was from the last renters, which is not a safe practice. I asked AirBnB to ask RedAwning to come change the lock combination, but to no avail. Overall the property was good except for the terrible check in instructions and lack of shampoo and soap in the bathrooms.
