酒店房间非常宽敞，员工服务也很好，如果空调和浴室热水器能维护好就更完美了，下次有机会还会再来

This is a subjective review based on the description, photos & our actual experience.The house is nice & the caretakers onsite try their best to accommodate however, there were multiple non-disclosures in the advertisement.The property is under construction.There are ripped/missing window & slider screens.You can either keep the sliders open allowing the bugs & multiple pets onsite to enter the premises or you can close them & increase the room temperature to uncomfortable levels.Due to the fact there are ripped screens, ants were present in several bedrooms &on beds, which led to my kids being bit.You cannot run the aircon during the day if you want the fridge to get cold.The beach is non-existent and is littered in garbage.The transportation/price to the house was not properly disclosed.We checked out a day early after trying to resolve with the owner who was defensive, dismissive &told me my expectations were too high. Not good for business. I expect basic living conditions 2 be met

Whole space was uncleaned for who knows how long when we arrived.There were damped towels you could smell it,under garments and other personal stuff laying around,uncleaned toilets it was disgusting.They rushed to clean.Needless to say my family and I were very uncomfortable by the fact that our safety with cleanliness was compromised.We could have left but the boat fee to get there alone is hefty.That’s not even the worst part. The owner;didnt even give fair chance to discuss compensation. I would have totally asked to comp the whole stay but I understand business. Didn’t take accountability for her staff & just straight up petty. She tried to turn it around on us. Her staff attended to our requests because they were sorry or so we thought but the owner brought it up defensively, as if we needed to pay for that as well.Completely baffled & dumbfounded by the owner.Never experienced this type of hostility until Didit.Not to mention misinformation about boat fare and docking fee. So sad

The place was beautiful! It was unfortunate that we didn’t have power for the first night and no water for the second day due to heavy storm. But this didn’t stop us from having a good time. Highly recommend the place and will be back soon

we will say it has a bad experience and good experience of our vacation of this place..first the bad things is the transportation is not in thier discription that it says they have a private boat that who pick up the guest in santa ana ferry but it is a lie! then the staff said we take a public boat {talicud express} which is who drop off us into the place of talicud but its not and the captain doesnt know that they have a guest for talicud island so it means crazy horrible experience then i called to the staff and she said someone whos a worker in a boat was transfer us to a small boat when we get to isla reta is it sounds crazy?then yes they transfer us to another small boat but we have to pay 1k for the boat but anyway the staff refunded us my 1k payment just 1way! and the good things when we got to the place it was relieved because the place is private and beautiful then the caretaker tata shes nice and take care of what we need!over all the place is amazing!
