We brought our two young children and three grandparents and this house was absolutely perfect in every way. The layout is ideal and allows everyone to spread out and relax. The pool and hot tub were perfect temps respectively. The location was outstanding especially when not everyone wants to be at the beach all day, a three minute walk to and from is so perfect. The home is hosted by a realty company but they are small and by the end knew everyone by name. They were responsive to the very minor things that needed to be addressed. Holmes beach was a nice place to stay since it is centrally located and allows you to travel southern and northern parts of the island. We will absolutely be back.

This is a fun and beautiful home in Anna Maria Island, centrally located, within close proximity to plenty of restaurants, shops, and of course, the beach. The photos don’t do this property justice. It has a beautiful pool, roof deck to see the sunset, and an inviting large family room right next to the large kitchen that become the gathering and central point whenever you return home from a long day of fun at the beach or at the pool. To make the entire four levels of the home accessible to everyone, even someone unable to climb the four separate levels (entrance/pool, main living room, upstairs living room and roof desk, the house includes a very functional and reliable elevator. My family and I had a lot of fun in this property and I highly recommend it. I would love to return to Anna Maria Island in the future and be fortunate to find this house available; we truly enjoyed it..
