Condo was exactly as described. It has a great location near many restaurants. There is plenty of parking on site if you rent a car. I never had to reach out to Lindsay, all my questions were answered by the friendly on site staff. I would 100% stay here again.

Overall, I would recommend this place and probably stay there again. A little noisy late at night from the music at the bar across the street. Great location, very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and marinas! Beach and pool were also great, plenty of chairs, palapas, beach towels! Staff was very friendly and Lindsey is a great host, very helpful and quick to respond!

place was amazing and everything we wanted and already booked again next year. only downfall is the bar across the street that extremely loud in the front bedroom but no fault to the owner or hotel. We love this place and the hotel, beach and amenities are amazing!

This was our first visit to Sint Maarten and it was absolutely amazing. The location was central to everything we wanted to do (beachs, restaurants, boat tours etc). The private beach at the Royal Palm is excellent but there are a variety of other awesome beaches within 10 mins drive. You wouldn't NEED to rent a car but we did and found it easy to navigate the entire island using many of Lindsay's recommendations. The traffic (at times) is VERY slow so keep that in mind. We reached out to Lindsay several times both prior to and during our stay. She was always quick to respond. The unit was spotless and the views over the marina and bay are spectacular. We did travel with our adult children and they did find the live music from across the street (Nowhere Special) to be pretty loud in the front bedroom. Didn't bother us at all from the primary bedroom! We are already starting to think about our next visit to SXM!

An amazing Airbnb with beautiful views!! The location in Simpson Bay was perfect for us, everything was in walking distance. We would also highly recommend the jeweler that was suggested by the host, they had beautiful pieces and great prices. The staff at the Royal Palms was very helpful and friendly as well.
