A great family business, they are very helpful and friendly and flexible. The building and unit I was in is brand new. Location is near Komitas, a good middle class neighborhood with lots of stores. Taking a cab to the center is convenient.

The room was clean and nice. there are few good grocery stores right next to the location. The only thing that bothered me was not having windows. The AC dries the air. Other than that everything was great. Thanks.

I can say that the place is the same as the picture they show and they have a secure place, they put cctv which is good because you will feel safe. The only thing I don’t like is the smell of the sheets it doesn’t smell clean and I can smell of the smoke of the cigarette especially during the day which is very strong. I don’t smoke so I have trouble with this. I hope they will address this issues, But the rest is all is well.
