This was our second visit and we were just as impressed as the first! Rowland is such an accommodating and responsive host and nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is beautiful, very private and spotlessly clean! We can't wait to come back!

We had a very eventful stay in the hut. Late march meant it could have gone either way but we ended up getting all of the weather! This made it quite the adventure, particularly as it unexpectedly started snowing whilst we were sat in the hot tub one evening. We also got thunder and lightning and heavy rain in various patterns. Despite the weather we had a lovely time and had to laugh about how absurd it was. The only issue being with the amenities separated there was a lot of exposure to the elements. But as long as you are prepared for this it's fine (dry robe and wellies worked wonders). And if it was good weather this wouldn't be an issue at all and it would be complete luxury! It's a lovely private spot, feeling right in amongst nature. A very unique setup with a shepherds hut, indoor/outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and hot tub. Very hobbity vibes! Rowland was super helpful and responsive with anything we needed/any questions etc. Would definitely recommend a stay here!
