I booked the barn for my daughter and her family as we were unable to accommodate them and it is near us. They loved it and spent a very peaceful time there. My daughter especially appreciated the neales yard bath toiletries and eco friendly cleaning and how well the accomodation was presented.They were unable to use the garden ( it’s February) but could imagine it would be a big bonus in good weather . Also proximity to Mothecombe beach a big plus as they love the beach.

Very lovely and clean air bnb. Great location for access to Plymouth and South Hams - suits access to coastal or inland walks or visiting friends and family locally . Need car . Parking space available . Looks like building work just starting opposite so check with owners whether finished by early 2024 . In winter months unlikely to be noisey .

We stayed as a group of girls for my birthday. It was the perfect location with everything we needed. Jo kept in contact from the moment I booked and was really helpful and accommodating. We had a lovely weekend despite the rain and it was great to come home to the cosy barn after a wet and windy costal walk! We would definitely recommend and would definitely visit again.
