We had a great stay! The location is walkable to the Funk Zone and restaurants/bars. The kitchen is excellent, especially if you want to cook your own meals. Great stove. Love that it's dog friendly. Garage was perfect for our rental suv. Lots of stairs, so keep that in mind if accessibility is of concern for you.

This was my first Airbnb experience and it was perfect. There were 4 of us and we would definitely stay at this property again or another managed by Grand Welcome.

location was great and the condo was lovely. we did contact them the first day because the outside lights that should illuminate to outside staircase did not come in and it was quite dangerous. We asked where to turn them on as we couldn't work it out. they responded that they would find out and let us know but we never heard back from them. it didn't overshadow our trip but as a management company, in my opinion, are slower to respond and didn't take care of our concern

Very nice place. Very clean and well-kept. Exactly as described. A bit of traffic noise from the nearby 101, but the mountain views from the rooftop are great. Also, very walkable to many areas. You won’t need the car until you want to visit another town. Overall, we were very satisfied.
