Beautiful spot, right on the beach, loved being able to step out on the balcony in the morning and see the ocean..enjoyed seeing about 30 dolphins one morning.

Front door lock malfunctioned, had to wait about an hour after check in time before they fixed the lock. Customer service agent over the phone was impatient, rude, and incoherent. They repeated the same instructions on how to unlock the door multiple times, even after I told them multiple times the lock was not working regardless how many times I typed in the same door code, or even a new door code. The property manager finally showed up after about 20 minutes on the phone, only to try my code, tried remote unlocking the lock, and even tried resetting the lock, just to find out the batteries were dead, which they didn’t have with them. They didn’t bring the keys with them either, so regardless we were stuck out of the rental (with a 6 month old baby that missed their nap) for another 30 minutes. The pool was closed for most of our stay, the listing stated the pool was open, which was upsetting. The beds were subpar, and need replacing. Overall the stay was okay.
