Our stay at Anne’s was nothing short of wonderful. She is a very friendly, kind host. The condo has direct beach access, beautiful views and anything you may want/need during your stay from beach towels to batteries! If you’re looking for comfort at the beach - you’ve found it. We can’t wait to stay here again!

My family of four absolutely enjoyed the convenience of this condo. I have an eleven and sixteen year old, we had plenty of room for everyone and it was clean and comfortable. The bonus room is such a nice little extra if you have siblings not wanting to be in the same room. Getting to and into the condo was extremely easy with the instructions provided. We were able to enjoy the beach with chairs and an umbrella available. Getting to and from Ft. Pickens was an easy short drive from the condo. Overall just a great experience!

The weather didn’t cooperate but in between rain storms we weee able to get in the pool (2), crab hunt at night (2) and swim on the bay side due to rip currents. Our grandkids being right on the beach and we loved the convenience and beautiful views; dolphins, pelicans and sunrises.

Location was great! Views amazing. Anne was very easy to work with. She helped arrange the decorating of the condo for our daughter’s 16th birthday. The condo was well stocked with superb amenities.

My girlfriends and I had a great time while staying in Pensacola. While the weather wasn’t always sunshine and rainbows, Anne’s charming beachfront property offered the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. The accommodations themselves exceeded our expectations, offering all the comforts of home and more. The spacious layout, modern upgrades, and well-equipped kitchen provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their accessible beach chairs came in handy for those in-between storms trips to the beach. And the parking garage for our car during those heavy storms. Despite the less-than-ideal weather conditions, our time at Anne’s condo was nothing short of blissful. The combination of great hospitality, great friends, unbeatable location, and charming accommodations made for a truly unforgettable beach retreat. We left feeling rejuvenated, grateful for the memories made, and eager to return to this coastal gem in the near future.
