Perfect location for Bloomsday Weekend! Walkable downtown, lots of eating options in the area. Fairly quiet considering the downtown location. As others have mentioned, the main downside is parking. The one parking lot I tried was only 8 hrs max, so moved to the Davenport Grand Garage where the posted rate was $25 overnight: I was there 2 nights (40hrs total) and they charged me $76.30!!

Jake's place was clean and comfy, perfect for my business trip, and was within walking distance to the convention center. Jake was quick to respond when messaging and was super easy to work with when my visit dates changed.

Very clean and thoroughly stocked. Nothing was needed as it was all there; laundry dish and shower soaps, paper towels, all cooking gear and utensils, even salt and pepper. Everything worked fine and was in good shape. I would recommend these apartments to anyone wishing to stay in this area. EASY check in online. MM

We loved our stay at Jake’s place! It was so beautiful, clean, and perfect for our needs! Easy to find and within walking distance to many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
