WeHost was amazing with this Airbnb & the accommodations. The home is located in a beautiful location with convenient shopping/food nearby. In addition, the apartment is really spacious with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. The beds were comfy and the apartment was super clean. We will definitely be booking again !

We had a very enjoyable stay. The location is great with many places to eat nearby. The check in went very smoothly and when I had a question corporate answered right away.

Very off putting smell upon arrival, smelled like some kind of cleaner. The apartment was rather hot. Lots of stains on the bedroom walls. The water was kind of grimey, it left a film on my hair. The apartment is not noise proof at all as you can hear conversations from people on the street. All of this would have been tolerable but on the second day of our stay, my family returned to the apartment to find the door open & several workers inside installing a water heater. And someone had moved some of our luggage. The host never attempted to contact us to let us know workers would be coming into the space. We also found out from the workers, that they were not the only ones to come into our apartment that day & that the previous tenants were the ones who reported an issue so the house knew about the needed repairs before we arrived & had plenty of time to contact us. When I contacted the host, they blew me off & I had to file a complaint. Completely unacceptable
