We had a great time in Arlington, made even more pleasant by these accommodations. The parking was such a great amenity as well as the gym and mini mart. It rained a good portion of our trip but spending a day in this apartment was so nice vs a hotel. My kids loved the bunk room and tv! We would definitely stay here again!
A very nice apartment just like the pictures
This was a great place to stay with a family. Check-in with the building concierge was easy. The common spaces (elevator, hallway) could use some updating (outside of the control of the host), but the apartment itself was very nice. Lots of space -- with good separation to allow kids to nap in one room, while you still have lots of space. Everything was clean and nice to use. The host was very communicative and helpful. There is a small grocery/convenience store in the basement which was great for getting toddler essentials after a late arrival. A few things to note. The apartment is near the flight path for Reagan, and one could constantly hear jets. This didn't bother us, in fact our toddler loved watching the planes from the window, but some people are sensitive to noise. The water pressure is not great (which is to be expected being on the 11th floor), but it was definitely useable. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a great 4 nights at Archana’s place. It was very close to Metro (0.2 miles) which made going into DC very easy. There were 6 of us (4 adults & 2 kids) Great to have two king bedrooms. Kids loved the bunkbed room; it felt like their own little domain—even had a TV in there. That makes 4 TV’s in the unit. Plenty of kitchen dishes and utensils. There is a convenience store in the basement that had a little of everything. Great for that evening sweet tooth fix. Decor was very nice but not overwhelming. Even had cherry blossom trees in the parking lot. Having a dedicated garage parking spot is a huge advantage for visiting in DC. We never used our car once we parked it. Would definitely book again if coming to DC.
Archana’s place was wonderful, very clean and excelente location. Greatly appreciated having essentials for our children. Definitely recommend it!
