Enjoy a day at the beach and return to this peaceful home that has everything you need for an amazing vacation. Our kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials for cooking up a yummy meal during your stay. This home is so convenient to all that the Perdido Key area has to offer! Bring your boat and use the public boat launch that's one minute away! Plenty of parking for your car and boat. Joy's Beach Retreat offers 3 bedrooms, a bonus room with sleeper sofa, 2 and a half baths and plenty of space for hanging out after a long day of exploring nearby attractions. This house is well stocked with plenty of bedding, towels, extra pillows, not to mention a large capacity washer and dryer to do laundry during your stay. This place is definitely a home away from home. Relax in the living room on our comfy couches and enjoy your favorite shows on the 75" Smart TV. Sign in to your streaming services in guest mode and it will automatically sign you out when you leave--easy! There's a second TV (50") upstairs in the bonus room, plus plenty of board games. You will love cooking up a meal in this kitchen. So much counter space and a full size pantry for storing your food. Many small appliances are available for you: toaster oven, coffee maker, waffle maker, crock pot, blender, and hand mixer.

Loved this house, everything was clean and neat when we arrived. Plenty of parking and had everything we needed. The location was great, close to everything but still a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.
Joy was a great host and such a pleasure to work with. I wanted to vacay at a place that felt like home for Mother’s Day weekend and I have to say it was that and more. My kids, my furry baby and I enjoyed every minute of it and will definitely be looking again! Thanks, you’re the best!

Beautiful home, the accommodations were perfect. I would definitely come back one day, highly recommend!!
Awesome house! Joy was easy to work with and was quick to respond the couple times we had questions. The neighborhood was nice and friendly, with lots of close restaurants and different routes to walk the dog. The house itself was clean and as described in the write-up. The only thing that needs work is the back yard and Joy said she's working on getting that fixed up. It didn't bother us humans but it was just more sandy than grassy so the dog wasn't a big fan of it. :) Overall great experience and would rent it again if we're in the area!

The home is in the Innerarity Point neighborhood, a quiet, local feel, beach community. The neighborhood has local eateries, a new park with playground and a public boat launch!
The driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles. There is room in the garage for one vehicle as well. Check your height clearance before attempting to pull into the garage.
