We had such an amazing time with our young kids! Pool was perfect and beautiful for both kids and adults. Central location and set up well for safety for kids and still fun for adults. Hosts were wonderful! Great communication, clean, accommodating and really just went above and beyond! Thank you again! Exactly as advertised plus more! We had a wonderful vacation!

The house and outside area was beautiful, new and well kept. everything you needed for cooking, cleaning and the beach was provided. Highly recommended and sets a very high bar for future rentals. We will definitely come back if we travel to Venice beach again.

This house is super clean, relaxing, quiet, and lovely. It's in a perfect location to walk to either the beach or the little downtown area. Corinna and Tim are on-site, really friendly, proactive in communications, and respond immediately to questions or requests. They have everything you need for a day at the beach ready to go. We enjoyed our stay here so much we already booked a return visit. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay, the apt was as described, clean, fully equipped and had everything you’d need. The location was perfect, close to golf courses and easy walk to town for restaurants and shopping and an easy walk to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach paraphernalia, shovels, towels, coolers, beach wagons….. the list was more than I could have imagined, and can we talk about the rentable golf cart!!! On premises!!! Already booked for next year and eagerly awaiting our return. Tim and Corinne are terrific hosts.
