The specious Original Wood House has a private deck from the master bedroom overlooking the bay, a patio lounge area downstairs, and a separate communal area. We have free snorkel gear, Kayaks & SUPs, and bikes for rent. Located close to the town/airport in a quiet rustic neighborhood with three bedrooms, a hot water shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and high-speed wifi. The Original Wood House is a spacious Caribbean-style three-bedroom house with a master bedroom with a queen bed and two rooms with two single beds. Please note that the access to the two additional rooms is through the master bedroom. All bedrooms and living areas have fans, and there is also excellent airflow in the house. The Original Wood House has a beautiful view to enjoy golden sunsets across the bay! Downstairs you will find the kitchen with a dining table for indoor eating. A pantry for food and luggage storage and a regular-size bathroom with a hot water shower. To the rear of the property is a garden whilst to the front is a large covered relaxation deck built over the water with ample dining and lounging space within a tropical garden setting. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, a 5-burner stove, and an oven. Large double doors lead out onto the outside terrace, with a dining table and chairs and a large lounger. A high roof covers the large outdoor deck to protect it from the sun whilst allowing cool breezes to pass through. We also have kayaks on the property, which are available for guests to make use of free of charge, along with SUPs (free), bikes (for rent, $5 for 24hrs) to use, and snorkel gear (free). Come and enjoy all the toys we have right from the deck. And if you want to learn to surf, we have surfboards to rent too. As houses in our neighborhood are very close to each other, we kindly request that no outside guests are invited onto the property, unless priorly approved and that our guests be considerate of neighbors and other guests when returning home after a night out. There are a total of 6 houses on the property, each with its own private and some communal areas. Have the privacy of your own home along with communal deck areas, so with the added benefit of meeting like-minded travelers should you wish to or not :-) Because of the uniqueness and beautiful environment of the property being built over the water. As you will live directly over the water with limited barriers, this home can be unsafe for children under 12 years old. House Rules:- 1. We are very much involved in recycling here on the island and kindly request our quests to be mindful of this. This would mean taking further steps in separating and preparing to recycle. 2. Please have no outside guests on the property without our permission to ensure that all our guests are comfortable during their stay. 3. And no entertaining and loud noise after 10 pm. Our property is not for parties or gatherings because the houses are close to each other in the neighborhood. We would love for you to come and relax and enjoy the bay's tranquility with us. 4. Here on the island, drinking the main water supply is not recommended, so as a step to reducing our plastic bottle usage, we have 5-gallon purified water containers available. 5. As another step to preserving our beautiful environment, it is requested that electrical supplies such as ac units, fans, and wall plugs be turned off when leaving the property.
