A stylish, spacious house in a beautiful part of The Cotswolds. Invernentie has everything you need for a relaxing and fun get away with family and friends. Located on a quiet spot on a lovely close in the beautiful Cotswold village of Willersey Nr. Broadway Downstairs benefits from a large open plan kitchen, dining , living area perfect for family and friends to get together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need including a Nespresso machine, and a KitchenAid Mixer. The Utility room which is located off the kitchen has a large American fridge freezer, washing machine and a dryer. A separate living room with a 72'' TV has patio doors which leads to the rear garden. The playroom has a range of toys and games for children to enjoy. A downstairs bathroom with WC, basin and large walk in shower. A study area with dual screen docking station for laptop or PC. One bedroom is located downstairs with a king size iron bed. Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms. The main bedroom has a super king size bed and ensuite. The further 2 upstairs bedrooms both have double beds and built in wardrobes. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a sweet secret space which can be made up with a single comfy bed mattress, a fun sleeping area ideal for children. The large landing allows for an extra bed to be made up for a further guest (please see in images). The main bathroom with free standing bathtub is located upstairs. Outside the house has a spacious front garden and parking for 4 cars. The back garden has a large raised patio area with an outside sofa, BBQ and pizza oven. A play area is a real treat for children, with a double swing, play house, sand pit and a 14ft trampoline. Directly next to the patio area is an outside bar.

Had a lovely stay, the house was beautifully done and comfortable, and was also perfect for our three toddlers! A highlight was the very well equipped playroom right off the kitchen - kept them entertained while we had a cuppa / glass of wine etc!
We stayed here as a group of 8 adults, 2 children and a baby and really enjoyed ourselves. The children in particular loved the well stocked playroom and child friendly garden whilst we adults enjoyed the comforts of the house. It’s in a great location for Broadway and exploring the rest of the Cotswolds. The house is exactly as described. We will return. Thank you
Wow! What can I say? The photos of the listing don’t do it justice, what a beautiful house! As soon as you walk in the door you feel right at home, the decor is to die for and it was spotlessly clean throughout. Some lovely touches like welcome treats on arrival, board games in the snug (separate living room) and mini toiletries made it feel an even more special short break. Lots of things to keep the kids entertained and plenty to keep the adults happy too. Katie was very helpful throughout the booking process, answering any questions and always quick to respond. I couldn’t recommend this house more! I’m sure we will be back again!
a fantastic house for our stay, so much space for us all (there were 8 adults), the dogs loved the enclosed garden. The kitchen was full of high end cooking equipment and utensils, there was nothing we needed that we could not find. Bedrooms were extremely comfortable and bathrooms were very modern and clean, the walk in showers were great! we've been to the Broadway area before but have never stayed in Willersey, we are already looking at dates for a return visit and will be looking to stay in this house again. Perfect!
We had a lovely relaxing stay in Willersey. The house was absolutely gorgeous, exceeding my expectations and we loved all of the little touches in the property. Beds were so comfy and the house was very clean and tidy. Katie was super easy to communicate with and we would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed weekend away!

Invernentie House is located in a quiet, no through road close in the beautiful Cotswold Village of Willersey.
Willersey has a cafe, 2 brilliant pubs, and a great park with new play equipment.
The village is surrounded by wonderful countryside. There are many great walks to go on.
Broadway is the nearest larger village (a 5 minute drive, or a 20 minute walk). Broadway is one of the most picturesque Cotswold villages which benefits from many amazing cafes, shops, delis, restaurants, and pubs.
Some other surrounding villages that are well worth a visit include- Stratford-upon-Avon (20 minute drive), Chipping Campden (10 minutes drive), Moreton in Marsh (15 minute drive).
There is parking for 4 cars directly by outside the house.
There is a bus stop in the village which regularly runs to many of the local towns and villages.
The nearest train station is in Honeybourne, a 10 minute drive. Honeybourne station has a direct train to London.

My name is Katie, I am 34 years old and live in a village called Willersey just outside Broadway. I am married with 7 year old and 5 year old daughters, we also have a beautiful Lab called Patsy and three cats. Before children I owned my own horses for many years and had a beautiful Irish Sports Horse who I competed in all disciplines. I work as an Equine Physiotherapist as well as managing a website and social media platforms for a local saddlery company. I thoroughly enjoy managing the cottage and I like to try my best to make sure guests have everything they may need during their stay. I take great pride in change overs and will always do my upmost to make sure it is clean and well stocked for our guests. I like to leave guests to enjoy their holiday but I am always available to help should guests need me.
