THE PROXIMITY: Minutes walk or drive to the best parts of the St. Augustine south neighborhood and a 15 minute drive north to historic downtown St. Augustine! US1 is our main commercial corridor, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. This home is 5 minutes from Walmart and 10 minutes from Publix grocery store. THE SPACE: The home sleeps 8 in 1 King, 2 Queens and 2 Twins (the twins are part of a trundle bed). The kitchen is equipped to service 8 people and cook together for a great night in! The 5 TV's, one in each room are Smart TVs, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. AMENITIES: Game room/man cave. Yoga/workout gear. There is a TV in every room. Fully equipped kitchen. New backyard patio with hammock and propane grill. Kids jungle gym and trampoline. Boat trailer parking. OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! PARKING: There is plenty of off street parking in our driveway. The boat trailer parking is the gravel area along the north side of the house. LAUNDRY: We offer a laundry area in the garage with washer and dryer, starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience. HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 15 minute drive south is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: This home is situated 15 minutes from St. Augustine Beach! Which has beautiful white and beach and you can drive onto the beach. TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! NOISE LEVELS: There are residents all around on all sides as this is a residential neighborhood. Please respect their right to quiet enjoyment by keeping noise levels down and observing quiet time per St. Johns County ordinance from the hours of 10pm until 8am. Must be 21 or older to rent. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Dog friendly, maximum ONE well-behaved dog (unless small breed, we may make an exception, please message to inquire more). We do not allow any other type of pets (ie cats). We require guests to pick up after your dogs poo. If you bring a pet please ensure that it does not sleep on the beds. If our maids notice sandy paw prints on linens, it could result in an extra cleaning/ replacement fee. Though the backyard is fenced in, we are not responsible if your pet escapes. It’s up to the guests to make sure the backyard is adequate for pets if left alone. Please do not leave a dog alone in a room or in the house if it is going to scratch. Again, any damage can result in an extra charge. We highly suggest bringing a crate if needed. Thank you for understanding.
