A short drive to the boat ramp, bring your boat, kayaks, jet-skis and the like along - we have enough parking for your boat trailer! Amazing shade with glimmers of sun is available in gobs on the brand new private backyard patio, with BRAND NEW hot tub, wood burning fire pit and charcoal BBQ. THE PROXIMITY: Minutes walk or drive to the best parts of the St. Augustine south neighborhood and a 15 minute drive north to historic downtown St. Augustine! THE SPACE: The home sleeps 8 in 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Twins, plus a Full Size pullout couch. The kitchen is equipped to service 8 people and cook together for a great night in! The TV's are Smart TVs, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. AMENITIES: Linens and towels included. Brand new hot tub! THE LAYOUT- This home has a solid 3/2 layout: MASTER BEDROOM: King size bed with en suite bathroom with walk in shower. 2ND BEDROOM: Queen size bed 3RD BEDROOM: 2 Twin beds HALL BATH: Between 2nd and 3rd bedroom with shower/tub combo. PULLOUT COUCH; Full size pullout in living room. OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days. PARKING: There is plenty of off street parking in our driveway and room for a boat trailer! LAUNDRY: We offer laundry machines in the shed at the top of the carport with washer and dryer, starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience. HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 15 minute drive south is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated 15-20 minutes from St. Augustine Beach! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses in Crescent Beach to park and walk on. TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! LAUNDRY SERVICE: We have laundry machines in the house but on vacation, it's up to you if you want to do laundry at all! If you would like to partake, our brand new commercial laundromat The Queen's Laundry is offering pick up and drop off wash-dry-fold service to the St. Augustine area. The cost is per pound and they will work out payment with you directly. They simply ask for 1 day's advanced notice for a pickup request and a 24 hour turnaround time for completing and returning your laundry. SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.
