The accommodation was immaculate. All the facilities were pristine and of a very high standard. Everything you could need was provided, and the sofas and beds were very comfortable. There’s a large TV in the lounge area, plus each bedroom has its own TV. The location is very pleasant and peaceful, and the parking couldn’t have been more convenient, with room for a car off-road and right outside the back gate. It’s nicely tucked away off the beaten track, but you’re still only about 7 mins drive from the town centre. Louise is a lovely host and is very helpful and responsive. Louise took the time to greet us on arrival and helped us feel at home. We couldn’t have picked more ideal accommodation and would book again.

Great stay with my colleague for work. Well equipped with good appliances all we needed for a month or so. Peaceful which we like. Very clean and good laundry facilities. Excellent host.

The photos don’t do it justice! The Diary Farm is a beautiful converted barn which has been finished to a very high specification and is very spacious inside and set up perfectly for maximum comfort and practicality. There are plenty of fluffy towels provided, hooks on the back of doors plus storage, lots of kitchen gadgets and utensils plus oil, kitchen roll, cling film, foil, salt and pepper and milk provided. The sofas are comfortable and the TV huge making it a great place to stay if you are going to be spending some time in the barn with the large kitchen too. We stayed in over New Year 2023/2024 and drove 35 mins to see the seal pups on the East coast. Pupping season is Oct-end of Jan. Louise was so kind and allowed us to check in early and out late and nothing was too much trouble for her. Parking is right outside and there is a completely private, secure courtyard area. The place is very quiet even though you are not far from civilisation.

We had a wonderful stay, the space was great and really well-equipped. En suite bathrooms to both bedrooms were really handy. Lovely stay. Really recommend.

We loved it. Family of four spent five nights in here. Really cosy lovely accommodation. We would go out all day, there is loads to do in the surrounding, beautiful area, then get home and cook dinner in the substantial and well-equipped kitchen, before settling down to watch a movie on the huge tv. Beds are really comfy too. Lovely friendly Caroline and husband clearly wanted us to have a great time and were always on hand if we needed anything, but were never intrusive, we hardly saw them unless we wanted too. Hugely recommend, we will definitely be back. Thank you.
