The master bedroom is 17x17 plus and has a king sized bed, private bathroom, smart tv, and reclining chair. The second bedroom is large as well and comfortably fits the two queen sized beds and includes views on two sides of the home. The third bedroom includes a queen sized bed, balcony, and electric fireplace with a cozy "reading nook" with over-sized chair and book shelves. There is a full bathroom in the upstairs hallway. The main level includes a full kitchen, dining area, and living room with open floor plan so all guests can enjoy the space together. A wall of windows overlooks the river and opens to the patio which includes seating and a propane fire place. The main level also has a laundry room, office, 1/2 bathroom, and fully stocked coffee area that includes a Keurig Duo offering single-serve or large pot.
