Rhodes Island View are 4 fantastic brand-new properties designed in a unique architecture with unique Greek details. They are located in the heart of Ixia, only a 5-minute walk from the nearest incredible beach of Ixia. All of the properties have all comforts and sharing swimming pools and private heated jacuzzi in a minimalistic and simplistic design. Each property accommodates up to 4, or 6 guests. Iviskos hosts up to 6 guests. There is a bedroom with a double bed on the 1st floor and on the 2nd floor overlooking the sea. Τhere are two bathrooms with a shower .On the ground floor there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation accompanied by the seating area and the living room with a double sofa bed. There’s a smart TV and free WIFI access throughout the property. Outdoors, there’s a sharing swimming pool with sunbeds, and a seating area where you can relax under the rays of the Aegean sun. You can spend also your time by using your private jacuzzi . This amazing property and the beautiful location make the perfect match for a memorable stay and unforgettable holidays in Rhodes!

Super nett alle, Highlight ist der eigene Jacuzzi, nahe am Strand verhandelst du die Liege auf 5€ p.P., voll ausgestattete Küche, mein bestes Deutsches Kompliment "echt nicht schlecht, kann man machen!" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Es gab sogar diverse Brotaufstriche, eine Flasche Wein, Kaffeekapseln & ähnliches. Es waren Bademäntel, Strandtücher & Badeschlappen vorhanden. Sogar ein Snackautomat für den Fall der Fälle ist auf dem Gelände vorhanden. Der Whirlpool war einfach ein Traum, zum entspannen nach einem langen Tag. Der Gastgeber ist immer per Airbnb erreichbar und kümmert sich schnell um Anliegen, wie zum Beispiel eine defekte Toilettenspülung. Neben der Villa befand sich zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts leider eine Baustelle, auf der schon um 7 Uhr zu Arbeiten begonnen wurde. Die Villa ist zudem auch etwas hellhörig. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, mit dem Auto ist man zum Beispiel in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt von Rhodos. Es war ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt! (6 Nächte) - sehr empfehlenswert

The property is located at a very convenient location where you can find Ixia Beach at walking distance. Also, nearby you will find everything you might need during your stay such as shops, pharmacies, restaurants, car rentals etc. The airport of Rhodes is found in less than a 20 minute drive. You should visit Old Town of Rhodes, only a 10 minute drive, which is considered the oldest inhabited medieval town in Europe. Another marvelous site worth visiting is Lindos Acropolis as well as Lindos idyllic beaches which are found at a driving distance of 50 minutes.
