The luxurious pool-villa is set on the residential area of Ialysos beachfront (200m away) and provides an ideal gateway for families, couples and groups (up to 6 - or 7 in special cases - people), who seek a unique and relaxing holidays, while at the same time want to be near everything, since it is conveniently located very close to the City of Rhodes. Thanks to its location the villa offers privacy and pool relaxation while you can simultaneously be in Rhodes city Center in just 15 minutes. This newly built (2023) villa spans across 150 m2 and consists of two floor: - The ground floor consists a fully-equipped and modern kitchen, dining table, living room, as well as one bathroom. - The first floor, consists three bedrooms, and a bathroom. - The villa can accommodate up to 6 people. The villa has a private pool and a garden (about 600m2), as well as fast WiFi, smart TV and air-condition units at all rooms, and living spaces.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Ioannis' Airbnb in Rhodes. The villa was not only beautiful and clean but also perfectly located. Unfortunately, we had to transfer to a different place due to a disabled person in our group who couldn't use stairs. Ioannis was incredibly understanding and made the switch effortless for us. His hospitality and understanding truly made our trip memorable. Thank you, Ioannis!

Wir hatten zu fünft einen Aufenthalt von 6 Tagen (den 6. gab es tatsächlich geschenkt, da wir zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt als regulär auschecken durften. So auch am Tag des Check-Ins). Wir hatten daher absolut keinen Stress bei der An- und Abreise und sind unendlich dankbar für diese nicht selbstverständliche Geste vom Gastgeber. Nochmals den größten Dank! Insgesamt hatten wir einen unkomplizierten und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ob Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine oder genügend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool. Auch Duschsachen und Putzmittel waren alle vorhanden. Wir mussten nichts besorgen oder mitbringen. Das Interior und auch das Grundstück sind wunderschön, bis aufs Detail durchdacht. Supermärkte und Restaurant sind gleich um die Ecke. Strände ebenfalls. Der Flughafen ist 9 Fahrminuten entfernt. Wir werden das Haus wirklich vermissen und wünschen Ioannis alles Gute!

Ioannis and his mom greet us kindly, and offered an amazing stay in the brand new villa. Everything was even better than in the photos. The villa had everything we needed, it was clean, and the location was close to restaurants and shops. The highlight was the large pool and outdoor area, which we greatly enjoyed. It was a 10/10 stay and I will recommend this place to anyone who planned a trip to Rhodes.

The villa is a two-story house of 150m2, and is fully equipped with all the modern and necessary amenities.
Its location offers easy access to the Rhodes City as well as, to numerous beaches, which are conveniently accessible by car or public transportation.
The closest one is Ialysos beach, which is about 200m away (5 minutes walking distance). The latter is also famous within surfers, kite surfers and water-sports enthusiasts. It is also ideal for families and couples.
Rhodes City is a short drive away and offers a great opportunity for sightseeing, shopping and night life. The medieval city of Rhodes, also commonly called “Old Town” is a UNESCO monument of cultural heritage as it is from the few remaining cities in the world that feature authentic medieval architecture and a full set of surrounding walls. Indeed in the Old Town visitors can find a wide range of museums and historical place of interest as well as a multitude of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.
Nature lovers and sightseeing seekers will love Filerimos Mountain that is within walking distance of the villa and offers great hiking paths through the ancient forest to the top of the mountain where you can visit the medieval monastery and enjoy the breath taking, panoramic view of the west side of the island and the Aegean sea.
