The house was amazing. Nice rooms, comfy beds and a lot of space. The pool was also very nice, however the pool pump wasn't working right and had to be restarted quite often which led to the water and pool getting dirty quite quickly. The pool surroundings are beautifully done and are very cosy. As the house is not in the city, there are also a lot of insects around. Especially cockroaches that come out during night (just keep that in mind), but if you close the insect nets all the time, it is not a problem. The location of the house is also ideal. Quiet neighbourhood, close to the sea, close to a bus station (which, however, drives very irregularly), close to a car rental and has a bigger shopping center 10min away by foot. The only downside of the location are the planes that fly over the house multiple times the hour from early in the morning until late in the night. The owner of the house was just amazing and is an angel!

Sauberes und gepflegtes Haus und sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und den Zeitraum über gut betreut. Am Ende gab es ein Abendessen vom Gastgeber. Die Übergaben waren sehr entspannt und auch der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Trotz Flugroute über dem Haus waren diese kaum zu hören und auch die Lage war sehr ruhig und angenehm. Wir empfehlen sowohl das Haus als auch den Gastgeber und bedanken uns herzlichst.

We booked Villa Marane last minute after our original travel plans were cancelled, and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The house is beautiful and had all necessary amenities, and our group of 9 slept comfortably in the five bedrooms. The pool was cleaned twice in the week we were there. Upon arrival we were greeted by Maria, who works for the management company. Throughout the trip, she was available via Whatsapp and assisted us with anything that came up. The owner of the house lives next door, and was very attentive and checked on us several times. We had some issues with the electricity/fuses while cooking, and Maria and the owner quickly resolved the issue. Location wise, you can get to Rhodes Old Town in 20 minutes by taxi, and there are supermarkets and a few restaurants within walking distance. A nice location if you want to stay on the more quiet side of the island. Note that the house doesn’t have a street address, so make sure to save a pin in your maps app to show taxi drivers etc.

Lovely place, excellent location, close to supermarkets and restaurants. Our favourite restaurant was Rosemary, a short stroll away, excellent food and family friendly. Maria from the management company was on the phone for any questions you had, very quick response, and the owner lives next door and she was very friendly and helpful. Spotless pool was cleaned twice in the week we were there. If we went back to Rhodes again we would definitely stay there again.
